Forest bathing: Nature’s prescription for maxo relax-o-ing

      Ever heard of forest bathing?
Nope, it's not about skinny-dipping in a forest stream (although, we’d argue skinny dipping has the same benefits…)
Forest bathing, or 'Shinrin-yoku' as it's known in Japan where it originated, is the art of connecting with nature through your senses.
Think of it as a spa day for your mind, body and spirit, but instead of chill spa music and massage therapists – nature’s doing the work to piece you back together.
What is forest bathing?
Forest bathing, in a nutshell, is about being in nature and absorbing its beauty, calmness, and energy.
That’s really all there is to it.
How do ya do it?
There's no secret technique or special gear needed for forest bathing (we love free adventure therapy).
Just find a slice of nature that looks good to you (could be a forest or a a quiet corner in your local park) and follow these tips:

So, why not trade in your bathrobe for a forest blanket?
Next time you’re feeling a little less than peachy, try forest bathing and let nature help put you back together, piece by piece.
We’ll catch ya out there in the forest,
