This document outlines the regulations for a competition organised by JDT Goods Trading, trading as Nakie Pty Ltd, ABN 59633124375, located Cornubia, Qld 4130.

We hold the following permits in relation to the competition:

Eligibility
•           Entry into the competition begins at 12:01:00 am (AEST), November 1st, 2024, and concludes at 6:59:59 pm (AEST), November 10th 2024.

•           Participation is free and open to individuals who:

•           Available anywhere in the world;

•           Are aged 18 years or older.

•           All entries are automatically entered when a purchase has been made.

•           By participating, you confirm that you adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

•           Every purchase with a physical product, no matter the value, earns you one (1) entry into the competition. (Exclusions: Valid for Physical Products Only.)

•           Entries will remain valid even if orders are partially returned for store credit or exchange. However, orders returned for a refund will forfeit entry eligibility.

•           Our employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

•           We reserve the right to withhold the prize until the winner provides satisfactory proof of residency and age.

Disqualification

•           Entries may be disqualified under the following circumstances:

•           Submission of incomplete or incomprehensible entries.

•           Any breach of these terms and conditions or engagement in unlawful conduct that may compromise the fairness of the competition.

•           We are not liable for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

Winner Selection 

•           The winner will be randomly drawn at 7:30:00pm (AEST), November 10th, 2024, Cornubia, Qld 4130, using a barrel draw.

•           The winner will be notified via phone call immediately and email within 24 hours of the draw.

•           We reserve the right to publish the winner's details (last name, first initial and postcode) on our website and social media within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws by December 12, 2024.

•           If the prize remains unclaimed after one month from the notification date, we will conduct a redraw on the 12th December 2024 at 7:30:00pm (AEST), Cornubia, Qld 4130, using a barrel draw and notify the new winner in accordance with the above process.

Prize

•           There will be one prize awarded for this competition.

•           The prize includes:

•           One (1) Brand New Haines Hunter 495 Sport Fish – 2024 (approximate retail value AUD$65,000).

•           The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

•           Any accessories, items, or parts not explicitly listed in the prize description are not included.

Collection

•           Winner acknowledges they must have a suitable tow vehicle to tow the boat

•           Winner acknowledges that they are responsible for obtaining suitable insurance cover for the boat.

•           Winner acknowledges that they are responsible for all on-road costs associated with the boat, including registration.

Privacy

•           By participating in the competition, you consent to the use and disclosure of any personal information provided for the purposes outlined in this document.

•           Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, available at https://nakie.co/pages/privacy-policy.

Liability

•           To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for breach of any implied terms in this document.

•           We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss of profits.

 Early Cancellation of Competition

•           In the event that we are unable to proceed with the competition due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition at our discretion, subject to applicable legislation.

General

Entire Agreement

•           This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding any previous agreements or understandings.

Jurisdiction

•           This document is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

•           Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, in relation to any legal proceedings arising from this document.

Severance

•           Any provision of this document found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
